We offer a variety of services such as new home design, preparation of plans, drawings, applying for permits, general contracting, project management, etc.
OUR SERVICES
Consultation- Our consultation entails to sitting down with client to discuss their ideas and needs.
Site inspection- Before we prepare our price quote, our experts will inspect the site to check grading and soil and other aspects.
Cost estimation- We carefully draft our price quote based on your needs. Once you approve the price, we start to prepare the budget plan.
Design and drawings – At this phase, our architects prepare designs and drawings and provide you with a copy.
Apply for permits- Once you approve the design, we proceed to apply for permits at City.
Project management – Our professional management team will then guide and manage the construction process.
